The Don Bosco Youth Movement KJC Unit recently hosted a General Body Meeting for local youth members on October 1, 2023 at Kristu Jyothi College in Bangalore. The event was well-attended, with 12 youth members, one local director, one animator, and one lay animator participating. The program began with a prayer led by Fr. Sunil Jose, the Local Youth Director. Mr. Tony Jesuraj, the Lay Animator, then presented an overview of the movement and its structure. Ms. Alisha, the SET Spiritual Rep, shared her experience with SET and her recent visit to Kerala.
Afterwards, the youth members shared their views and ideas for the movement, and planned for an upcoming Membership Day and an action plan for the youth movement at the local level. They also scheduled their next general meeting for October 15, 2023. The program ended with a prayer led by Bro. Balaswamy, the local Animator, and a group photo. The Don Bosco Youth Movement KJC Unit is dedicated to empowering local youth members and providing them with opportunities to make a difference in their communities.
